Academic Writing

Academic Writing: Research Paper Writing is a coursebook intended to usher students into the world of academic writing focusing on English Language Teaching (ELT) research paper writing. This coursebook, which requires at least 14 meetings (one meeting consists of 2 credit hours or equals with 100 minutes), is directed at students from upper intermediate to advanced level of English who wish to practise academic writing. This book can be used by university students majoring in English Education who would like to contribute article for publication. The goal of this coursebook is to provide students and teachers with a practical and efficient approach to learning the skills, strategies and knowledge that are necessary for succeeding in content coursework. A parallel goal is to provide opportunities for students to explore their opinions, discuss their ideas, and share their experiences through written communication.
